WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Radiance cookware is warranted by Soul Radiance Inc Nigeria, United Kingdom and United States to be free from defects in design and manufacturing at the time of purchase .

We offer a 5 year warranty that covers factory errors and damages in transit only. For this warranty to apply, you must adhere to all care and use instructions provided with your cookware.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?

Your cookware is designed for domestic: household use only. Damages to your cookwares occurring as a result of commercial use, abuse, overhearing, neglect and failure to adhere to care and use instructions are not covered under the warranty.

Unfortunately, this warranty does not cover transportation costs of repairing or replacing your cookware, damages due to the defect of your cookware and any loss of time.

This 3 year warranty only covers the original retail customer who received their cookwares in their original packaging unused. Warranty may not be transferred to any third party user. Proof of purchase will be required to claim warranty.
